Every
November Junior League of Austin puts
on "A Christmas
Affair" event at
Palmer Auditorium. This shopping and party extravaganza is
the main fundraising event of the year which raises over $1 million. The
money is used to fund the community projects each year. This
year's theme is Home for the Holidays- A Christmas
in Austin.
Shaila Abdullah will be at the author's corner to
meet shoppers and sign her book "Beyond
the Cayenne Wall".
